My front porch in Old Town Eureka is known as The Sunny Side. Southern exposure, protected from the wind, it is an ideal place to sit and play old timey tunes and watch the parade go by.

Fire Carriage No. 2 was purchased by the city of Eureka in 1905. I had never seen it before, but it came by The Sunny Side today. It seems that everything eventually passes by The Sunny Side. Posted by Picasa
