1951 was a very bad year for the fishing community of Monterey Bay. Cannery Row collapsed because the anchovies did not appear as they had every year since time immortal. It became common for folks to order pizza without anchovies. But it was a very good year for me, because that was the year that I was born in Santa Cruz, Ca. on beautiful Monterey Bay. And I don't like anchovies on my pizza anyway.

Google Apps Web Page Creator

Google is replacing it's Web Page Creator for it's Apps service in favor of it's Sites wiki pages. In a few days all traces of Web Page Creator will be gone. So I grabbed these images for posterity before they disappear to prove that Google Apps did indeed once provide a means to host a web site that was not a wiki.
